Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Delivery

The preparation time for each order can vary between 1 and 2 days. (Except Sunday). Once prepared, your order will be sent by La Poste in 3-4 working days (indicative time).

We ship worldwide.

Shipping is free for orders over a total of 40 euros worldwide.

For orders below 40 euros in France the delivery is at the price of 2.90 euros.

For orders below 40 euros in the rest of the world, delivery is priced at 3.90 euros.

Returns and Refunds

LUNAH PARIS jewelry is not refundable or exchangeable, unless the order has not been sent or has been damaged.

If the order was damaged during its delivery, please send us an email to the address: Lunahpariscontact@gmail.com with the photo of the damaged order upon receipt as well as your order number within 5 working days from the receipt of the package.

After this time, no request will be considered.

Your order will be replaced and shipped again within 5 working days, so you will receive a new email from us.

No modification of address, products or other will be possible after validation of your payment, please check the information entered.

Lunah Paris is not responsible for disappearances of parcels after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package has been declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this case.
